Summit to Sound Search and Rescue

Summit to Sound Search and Rescue is a not-for-profit organization* whose goal is to provide professional search and rescue services through the Whatcom County Sheriff's Office to the northwest Washington region.

To achieve this goal, we:
o Train to provide professional level search and rescue service
o Educate to maximize safety of individuals participating in outdoor activities
o Respond to complement other county and state rescue services

* Summit to Sound is recognized by both the State of Washington and the Internal Revenue Service as a 501c3 non-profit charitable organization.
